RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your order, but if, for any reason, you are unhappy with our products, we are dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please review our returns and exchanges policy below:

 

1. Returns:
- We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

2. Exchanges:
- unfortunately we don’t offer any exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Some items are non-returnable

-sale items

- items purchased at events 
- Intimate or sanitary products
- if they have been worn

4. Refunds:

- Email us on dress.box@icloud.com for the returns address
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

5. Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
